[ tsuru wanted a surprise did he? well, he'll get one because regardless of where he is, there will be a sudden pair of hands that will cover his eyes. ]

[cranelike]

(He is, in fact, surprised! Not that it really shows much. It's very slight-- he tenses just the smallest bit, suddenly much more alert.

And he freezes, going completely still for a moment before reaching up to put his hands over them too? Now they're just both covering his eyes,)

Aah, Kitty-chan, what big paws you have!

(He lowers his hands but still doesn't turn around.)

You're different.

(Not like the ones they met earlier.)

[ their hands will stay covering tsuru's eyes but not in any way that's forceful. if tsuru wants to pull them off then he may at any time. ]

Kitty-chan has big paws in order to hold you close! But Kitty-chan won't do that unless Kitty-chan has been given permission first.

[ they'll laugh with a bit of a "nya" in it before sobering up for a hot second. ]

When I die, or when you die? [ baraqiel repays tsurumaru for all the times he's jumpscared people in the past week, although doubts it'll have that much of an effect. given, you know. tsurumaru.

wherever our sword is, they will find him for this. ] Be a little more specific in your ominous questions.

[cranelike]

(It doesn't really work when he expects someone to meet him but he'll at least give a little jump followed by an excited smile. He claps his hands once and holds them in front of him as he turns,)

[ before execution, they'll come to meet tsurumaru wherever he's hanging out this morning. ]

I'm not fond of the idea of eating someone's soul.

[ really? really? ]

[cranelike]

But if you had to eat someone's soul, whose do you think would be most delicious?

week 1; saturday

[ tsuru can meet rameel in the courtyard. they'll be relaxing on one of the benches with a particular pot next to them. ]

Because everyone else has seen it, of course!

week 2; saturday

[grigori]

[ they come to greet tsurumaru under the stars near the markets. ]

[cranelike]

Week 4, Tuesday (Death Masquerade)

(Anyway knocking Yomi over and circling him like a shark though...)

[ yomiel's here! his arm is in a sling, but he's here!

Anyone can use the coin if they're holding it. Why? You worried someone's going to steal it on this side?

(I'm going to be kind at the beginning of the week and Tsuru just has a big ol' headcanon slash across the face or something and wavey hands that there's been an attempt to keep it covered up even if it's bleeding still.

[ we are here at the dedahaus. dedahood? whatever. coming to meet the crane. ]

Rin asked if we could mend your sword - I helped him reforge his, so he's gotten the idea in his head for yours, as well.

[cranelike]

(Welcome to la Casa de Deda. La Casa de Da????)

Of course. (He isn't surprised,) You and I both know that isn't necessary, though.

(He taps the sword at his side which was, of course, repaired on its own after he died.)

But did you really fix Kara? I'm relieved.

[ guess who's brought a wholeass guitar to the suburbs? ] You still want me to play for you?

[cranelike]

(HENLO? He claps his hands!!!)

Yes, yes! (Oh, no, he's laughing now and there might be some... cherry blossoms.) I knew you wouldn't forget~

(When he heard on the TV he knew!!! Even if Yomiel didn't have his guitar yet.)

week 7; monday

[grigori]

[ once all the fuss dies down, he's back, and he's brought both zimri and his guitar again. ] You can call me Kazuki.

[cranelike]

(What form is Zimri in because Tsuru wants to pet her.

He'll nod in understanding and then--)

(That sure is a nickname.)

I see you found another magpie.

week 7; tuesday

[ since we already established this, kazuki is bringing another guitar with him today! this one's an acoustic, where the one reze gave him is electric. ] What's up?

[cranelike]

( Please, Kazu, Tsuru looks surprised like, sir? Where did you get this second guitar? Did someone find out you gave up your old one and give you a replacement. )

Before I came here, I left to go on an important journey. While I didn’t arrive in the place I thought I would be, I believe I’m here because it’s where I am meant to be.

I believe now is the time to see the results.

( Why does he talk like this I hate him. If he doesn’t speak as dramatically and indirectly as possible always, he might die. )
