No, I'm still paying attention to everyone on my team. Just because I'm not out where everyone can see me, it doesn't mean the effects are less. It's just that we also have things that we do while the Temporals are out. Think of it as also equal exposure to the group.
I wouldn't say that it's very different either since my role as a Watcher still functions the same.
