Not personally, no. When we came through the storm a week ago, a few of us were able to see some spectres before they seemed to be gone, but no signs of the adults that come from the city.
But we're able to keep track of our... team members, I suppose, so we've been able to follow the theories so far. While none of us can say for sure, I'm in favor of the theory of the spectres being involved. It makes the most sense to me.
Movements like ink in water, but they moved freely through the air - fluid, quick. They didn't appear to be solid, though, considering they had their own dust trails in the air as they moved. Like thousands of grains of sand compiled together, but dark and blackish. Not all of the Watchers can see them, though.

In some fashions. But we know so little about them, how they act, what they can do to a person, that I'm hesitant to compare them to anything that I'm used to. Were it something unusual, back in my world, I would be able to at least hazard a guess.
