THE LAST KNIFE OF ALL
On Sunday following execution, Finley catches Kotetsu's attention. Both will innately know that they have somewhere to be, and Finley will be able to lead the way—even if they've never been there before. Her form changes, as they're both accustomed to, but takes that of a maine coon, and upon reaching their destination, they will be greated by the Watchers.
After finishing their business, Kotetsu and Finley will not be able to return to this location again without being invited back, regardless of whether they attempt to return on the same day or in the same week. Finley will be able to take her maine coon form again on her own, but will revert to one of her original forms upon leaving. Kotetsu and Finley both will know that this form cannot be shared openly, and that caution should be practiced with sharing it privately, as well.
As the knifebearer, Kotetsu will be presented with three choices of new worlds to explore the following week. Each world will come with a brief description of the feelings or sensations associated with it, and Kotetsu may only choose one. No further details will be offered regarding each world until the following Monday. Choose wisely!
Additionally, Kotetsu may use this time to speak directly with the Watchers each week. He may ask questions, receive small hints, or simply chat with them, though any information received will be subject to the Watchers' own discretion.

★ Never use it for a base purpose.
★ If too many participants learn about the knife, it will be requisitioned.
★ Use your daemon’s maine coon form sparingly.

That's what makes it special, as a currency for this. It also will mean that you can remember her, and being yourself before this mess, instead of anything else, to make the healing a good memory. You can tell me about you using your powers if you want, though.

And that's a pretty interesting exchange system you have. Just your suggestion made me think of one time that I was so grateful to have my powers. My daughter had been caught out in a storm... I was able to hear her with my enhanced hearing at the time. Of all the times, I think that's one of the times I felt most like a hero.

It's going to vary, from Watcher to Watcher, but you can make exchanges with us for about anything. We can't give you them in full, so we can only give you parts at a time, but you can buff them up.

You can earn back anything, including powers. No one's asked us for curses yet, thankfully, and I can confirm that much. I've been making people help others and tell me stories or secrets. Or teach me things.

I didn't tell her because I wanted to keep her safe. She lives with my mother and I didn't want me hero life to somehow mix into my civilian identity. She didn't find out then, since my powers were gone by the time I arrived. That didn't happen until later... But she's been really receptive about it.

I'm glad, though, that you've gotten to be honest with her. My brother tried to keep things from me, before. It's not a good feeling, being kept in the dark, even if it's because your loved one is trying to keep you safe. But I can understand why he did it, and why you did it, especially since your daughter's not an adult.

It's not easy, keeping a secret like that. I hurt her many times over it and I regret it deeply. But now that she knows, we can understand each other better.

You can once-a-week ask each Watcher for some kind of power or powered item, but you can't buff up a power you got from one Watcher with a different one the same week.
