He is going to shake his head again, firmly, but ... it's paired with a kind of ehhhh handwavy gesture in the air as his brows furrow and his mouth presses thin in a vaguely displeased expression. Hmm... how to... This is going to look stupid as hell but when aren't charades. Roxis is going to basically draw a circle in the air, then several more concentric circles within it, smaller each time before stopping at a point in the center. He'll jab at that point in the center, twice, before 'writing' out an M and an X in the air at that same position.
I'm going to stop here for now before you and the mods take a sniper rifle to me for throwing a million charades at you in one tag. All right YJH, you know he can't talk now, hopefully you adjust your approach. ]

The rest of it he does scan over with a drawn expression, but... one thing at a time.
Speaking of that letter though, since they need clarification... He's going to point to the black blot after 'currently checking to see' and mime picking up things and putting them together?
The rest of it he'll trace a finger through their attempted interpretations, nod to "responsible", begin to nod to "daemon," but then catch himself. His mouth twists, but... He'll use one of the other notes to point out "daemon," then "previous." To "Watchers" though he shakes his head and tries to spread his arms out behind him like wings instead. What else... Ah. The blot next to which corrected/compelled/corrupted is written. What a mess. He's going to try ... adopting a very formal, stiff-looking posture as he mimes holding something in one hand and banging it on a flat surface decisively. It's immediately followed by him drawing a finger horizontally across his neck in a gesture both he and I hope is universally understood.
He will pause for a moment before "the enemy" and... make that sort of wobbly hand gesture in the air again before drawing an A. ]

As we are on this letter topic, we have acquired the Book of Life from the higher Temporal Angels. Raguel said it should be kept out of the hands of either side. The Temporal Watchers took it last Friday to try and get it decoded. "Humanity should be perfectly obedient" and references a sinless world. It lists places and if they're "virtuous" or not. Is this the list you all are talking about?
For the record, we can skip these questions. We can circle back to them if we have time.

The two word blot... his mouth is going to press thin for a moment, but judging by the timing of when the living would have received this, he'll point out those two blots, then gesture at. The other, nearly entirely blotted out letter.
Blot in front of goals has him pointing out "Magisterium" again, that really long blot makes him raise his eyebrows but he'll tentatively point out the "boom" that appears like, two lines later and trace a line back up to that long blot.
The blots in the next line he ... honestly just looks kind of perplexed by. He is, however, going to trace a finger around all the roughly four block wide blots, interestingly uniform in division, before tracing that finger back up to the first set of five four-block blots. He'll let that sit for a bit, then raise one finger, draw a sideways pointing arrow in the air, then repeat raising a single finger ... and raise his arms in an x again while shaking his head. ]

I am assuming you are saying to not worry about the second note. It would seem that the amount of blots the dead's notes do not always correspond to a letter count. [ Note a one to one comparison?? Anyway: ] Then Ulrika's note writes of the hierarchy of the Angels, then the Magisterium's goals.
What would the last line in Ulrika's useful note say? I imagine it's that you all have found a Magisterium facility to find supplies in... Is it also basically about the Magis bomb?

And to the last, he just adopts a tired expression. A slow shake of the head, followed by pointing to his eyes, and raising a fist up to just below the as if holding something to/in front of them. ]

The corner of his mouth is going to twist, but he'll nod with a bit of hesitance at "is it also about the bomb." Roxis is also ... going to align his hands and fist them such that it looks like they're on the shaft of something, shove them both down towards the ground at an angle, then raise them both again such that the one in front ends up a little higher than the other and repeat that motion a few times before pausing, and switching to looking over the assorted documents in front of them and miming writing something down into the palm of his hand with a frown, repeating the process a few times.

The reaction Joonghyuk gets to his question about money and food is ... basically another exasperated look as Roxis shakes his head. Roxis does another once over of the documents, but outside of looking thoughtful to himself about some things seems content to leave them be.

He's. Going to try this again? Except the 'cross' portion of the thing he draws in the air has a little circle at the top now. So top to bottom it goes circle, line coming down from the bottom of the circle, small cross bar just below the circle, curved arrow wings converging at the bottom.
He will try miming small, interlocked looking ovals starting around the circle end, forming a trail out if Joonghyuk is still not getting it. ]
