[ as they enter the room—they'll get the immediate feeling of how sterile the room is in every single way. it is purely white, with the lights bright and white, the desk in the distant a white and metal, and all of the other probable medical equipment also white and metallic. the only things that aren't white are the cages but even they are a cold steel. the truly only real color in the room is the subject they've likely come here to find as they are resting within a cage of sorts in the center of the room as a sort of macabre center piece. the cage's encasing being a inky black and the cage itself more circular pod than box-shaped. there is a side of the cage where one would assume a daemon would be based on the ones previously seen, however this one is empty.
immediately to the left of the cage will be a monitor of some sorts with a keyboard attached to the bottom of it that will be beeping softly and almost rhythmically. looking away from that, the sight before them won't be too far off the mark of what they have seen before with the exception of a few things that might stand out to them. the first being the all of the cages themselves are empty, and the second that they'll have clipboards attached to the front of them with some sort of paper with writing on them as well as a photo of sorts. the cages here will look newer(?) than the ones that they had seen earlier with the cage designed like the one in the center of the room. looking further back into the room they may notice that there is another door.

...and if they did want the confirmation of if this is the child they're looking for, then results may be fuzzy for a tag as they were looking for a twin, right? the child in the cage doesn't have vermilion hair—not entirely anyway. ]

but because names aren't allowed, the child in joonghyuk's arms will instead just shout loudly in a noise that none of them can understand as he nearly throws himself at the cage only to be immediately rebuffed by some sort of shield/barrier that throws him back a bit. the cat in his arms dropping to the ground with a bit of a crash as he does so. if there was any doubt of if they were the other twin, then that would be a good sign of it. now, since joonghyuk is closer to the cage, he can see first-hand at what they most likely meant when they said "unstable" as parts of the other child's body will be start to be turning into dust itself. just the tips of his fingers and cheekbones. the child does not wake from their slumber(?)
now as for allen, well, he'll be able to see that they will be records of others who have been in the cages. their ages, subject numbers, the names of their daemons, and their photos. for the most part they will just be faces among the crowds, but there might be one or two of interest to him. ....as well as a particular jar full of golden ash.
now when sholmes looks at the monitor he'll see he subject's name...or would but it's been glitched out and incomprehensible for him. he'll see the age at 12 and an box for where the name for the daemon would be. there will be digital readings of the subject's vitals as they dance very delicately towards critical and stable. so you are free from puzzles....for now. ]
