To me, you lot just seem like more of the same kinda adults and guardians I've always known--people who need to be looked after just as much.

I don't really have a favorite. But I find monochromatic colors to be soothing.

[ back to shuffling we go a few more times before dealing them each a card and setting the rest of the deck down on the table. ]

But monochromatic isn't a bad aesthetic to go with, but you don't have a particular color you'd want to see as a gradient? Maybe purple or green?

I might have a stronger association with unpleasant things when it comes to red.

Generally, I stick to blacks, grays, and whites. [pierrot aesthetic.] But purple and green are fine colors, also.

True, true. My apologies for the insensitivity there. But where I come from there's a tv show about a team of masked heroes who come together to fight crime and they're all color coordinated. The leader is always in red so—a hero's color.

I bet you'd look good in those colors. It'd compliment your looks well.

That makes a little more sense.

I don't know if "like" is the right word, but there's a good feeling knowing that you can protect people.

I'm plenty bold and proud when I have reason to be.

And I can't say I disagree with that. Even if someone is more inclined to be more destructive, there are ways to go about that in a way that can protect people. I can't fault people like that very much.

Mr. Kubaragi says he's a hero, he seems to be more of the soft-hearted kind then one to be causing mayhem. Intentionally anyway! [ they'll tap on their cards. ] How do you go about protecting people, Allen?

However I can.

... I'm one of those ones who's been told that I bring nothing but chaos to people because I have two monsters in me and I don't know or understand anything about the hows or whys. But... I try to use those monsters to my advantage... as well as I can. To try to protect others.

Destroying the akuma was part of that. Finding out about the Noah is another. In order to protect the people I care about--I'd do a lot.
