At present? You're the only one I know of that's working on an exchange for healing, at least with the Celestials. But you can speak with another Watcher to have them heal you - I can't, since you and I have an ongoing deal right now.

We can't do it without being asked, typically, and it's still an exchange even for some minor healing. I imagine Shamsiel would have made it the smallest exchange they possibly could, but they're not the type to be outright sometimes.
